Refund policy

Shipping

Orders ship within 1-3 business days, except for during launches, restocks, and busy holiday seasons.  Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship during those times. 

International Shipping is available to many countries.  Enter your address at checkout to see if it is available to your location.  Please allow up to 30 days for it's arrival.

At this time, we do not ship to the UK.  There has been a change to UK tax laws on imports and we are, unfortunately, not in compliance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Digital Products:

We do not offer refunds on digital products since they can not be returned.  However, if you can not get your digital download to work, please contact us at service@thejamesmethod.com and we will assist you.  

Other items:

We hope you love your purchase however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.  Also have a copy of your original invoice.   

To start a return, you can contact us at service@thejamesmethod.com.  Include your Invoice Number & Item(s). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us unless other arrangements have been made/offered (in the case of damaged goods). Return shipping fee will be covered by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Orders Returned to The James Method

If we receive an order back in the mail to our shop, we will refund the order subtotal, not including the shipping. If you would like the product re-shipped to you, you will need to place a new order and pay for shipping again.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  It often takes up 10-14 days after the item has arrived at our warehouse for the refund to be issued.

Digital Products:
